Venus Fort, Pallete Town and Pancakes!!

We took a free shuttle from Grand Pacific Le Daiba and end up in Venus Fort (only 10 mins). The last bus from Venus Fort back to our hotel is at 7.30pm so we need to rush as we reached there at about 5pm. Why venus fort? Well we were quite curious with the water fountain sculptures and shopping complex design which was quite different than what we have here in Malaysia.

During the evenings the weather seems to be much cooler and windy. The exterior of the complex was really bright and colourful. accompanied by interesting sound effects. We did not shop for anything here, just to see what Venus Fort got to offer:
  1. There is a branded item outlet
  2. Odaiba ever famous Ferris wheel
  3. Toyota Megaweb
  4. Games Arcade

You sometimes will get the feel that you are walking under the sky outside. I really love the architectural design and the efforts put into building this place.

Beautiful sculptures and fountain

Just look at the detail!

We then walked outside and found an amusement park. Farissa begged for us to go into the arcade but I sternly told her that we are going to Disneysea the next day! Which already cost us lots of money. Huhu.

Colourful Ferris Wheel
We already had some food back to the hotel. So, we decided to take some break from walking and tried out the pancakes here (right opposite the Ferris Wheel). Oh yes, and Farissa had some french fries to go with her pancakes.

Figuring out how to categories the rubbish properly :p
On our way out, we stop by the Toyota Megaweb. There actually tons of things to do here. But as were running quite late and trying our best to catch the last bus, we had to skip trying out anything. However, a few photo shots are in order!!
